Job summary

PERSONNEL LINK JOBHUB PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee accounting activities, drive month-end close, and manage reporting and balance sheet reviews.

The role partners with department heads for budgets and forecasts, analyzes variances, and improves internal controls. The incumbent will supervise inventory accounting, cash flow, and working capital, while coordinating statutory audits and regulatory reporting. A manufacturing background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field with 7+ years of finance and accounting experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in financial reporting, consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Good knowledge of inventory accounting, costing, internal controls, statutory compliance, and audit management.

Responsibilities

• Review and oversee accounting activities to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
• Lead month-end and year-end closing, management reporting, sub-group consolidation, and balance sheet reviews.
• Oversee inventory accounting, costing, stock provisions, cash flow, and working capital management.
• Coordinate statutory audits, tax compliance, and regulatory reporting requirements.
