Sea Limited in Singapore invites high-potential graduates to join the Finance Management Associate (FMA) Program, a two-year accelerated path to build accounting and finance foundations while leveraging technology to drive value across Garena, Shopee and Monee.

Through four 6-month rotations within Sea Finance, you will gain hands-on experience, interact with senior finance leaders, and develop skills in analysing business performance and driving cross-functional impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, CS, Data, AI or related field.
• 0 to 2 years of full-time work experience (as of 31 Oct 2026).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-engagement skills.
• Strong drive, ownership, and commitment to excellence.
• Sharp analytical thinking and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 2-year program with four 6-month rotations within Sea Finance.
• Gain hands-on experience across Garena, Shopee and Monee finance domains.
• Collaborate with finance teams to deliver value through technology-enabled processes.
