Sea Limited invites high-potential graduates to join the Sea Finance Management Associate Program, a 2-year, four-rotation journey across Garena, Shopee and Monee. You will build strong accounting and finance foundations while working at the intersection of finance and technology.

Participants gain hands-on experience across multiple teams, get exposure to regional projects, and contribute to value creation through technology-driven finance.

The Sea Finance Management Associate (FMA) Program is a 2-year accelerated journey for aspiring talent to build strong accounting and finance foundations, and develop the digital fluency to shape how Finance evolves with technology. Through four 6-month rotations within Sea Finance, you will be immersed in Sea's diverse businesses (Garena, Shopee, and Monee), where you will gain hands-on experience and see firsthand how our Finance teams integrate technology into their work to create value across the ecosystem.

Job Requirement

We are seeking driven and motivated talents who are passionate about building an impactful career at the intersection of Finance and Technology.

We welcome applications from prospective and recent graduates who possess:

• A recognised Bachelor's degree or higher* in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Data, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field from a reputable university, with strong academic credentials.
• 0 to 2 years of full-time work experience (as of 31 October 2026).
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, build meaningful working relationships and contribute positively to the team.
• A strong drive and sense of ownership, with the motivation to take responsibility, follow through on commitments and continually strive for excellence.
• Sharp analytical thinking and sound judgment, with the agility to tackle problems and develop practical solutions, and maintain high standards of quality.
• An adaptable and self-starting approach, with the ability to thrive in dynamic environments, remain open-minded, and take initiative in managing multiple deliverables and shifting priorities effectively.
