Job summary

Sea Limited invites high-potential graduates to join the Sea Finance Management Associate Program, a 2-year, four-rotation journey across Garena, Shopee and Monee. You will build strong accounting and finance foundations while working at the intersection of finance and technology.

Participants gain hands-on experience across multiple teams, get exposure to regional projects, and contribute to value creation through technology-driven finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field with strong academic credentials.
• 0 to 2 years of full-time work experience (as of Oct 31 2026).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong ownership mentality and willingness to take responsibility and deliver.
• Sharp analytical thinking and sound judgment with the ability to develop practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Participate in four 6-month rotations within Sea Finance across Garena, Shopee, and Monee.
• Develop accounting and finance foundations and apply technology to create value across the ecosystem.
