Job summary

Sea’s Global MAP Shopee & Monee Track offers a 2-year rotational program designed for graduates to gain hands-on experience across our core businesses. You will rotate through 6-month assignments within Shopee & Monee and Garena, gaining exposure to e‑commerce, digital financial services, and digital entertainment.

You will work with senior executives, tackle high-impact projects, and build leadership and business acumen through global and local rotations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 0 to 2 years of full-time working experience.
• Strong academic achievements advantageous.
• Demonstrated leadership potential through activities or organisations.

Responsibilities

• Participate in 4 rotations across Shopee & Monee and Garena.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to deliver projects.
• Receive mentorship from senior leaders and executives.
