Job summary

Sea Group is seeking graduates for its Sea Global Management Associate Program (MAP) Garena track in Singapore. The 2-year program offers four rotations across Garena and Shopee & Monee, with mentorship from senior leaders and exposure to global assignments.

Applicants should have 0–2 years of full-time work experience, a bachelor’s degree, and a passion for gaming. You may apply for the Garena track alongside other SEA MAP programs and will be assessed for the track you select.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution; master’s degree advantageous but not required.
• 0 to 2 years of full-time working experience (as of 31st Oct 2026).
• Familiar with games and player behavior through personal gameplay or relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools and turning ideas into practical solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 2-year rotational program across Garena and Shopee & Monee tracks.
• Engage with senior executives and receive mentorship during rotations.
• Contribute to high-impact projects across business units and develop leadership potential.
