Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Data, AI, or related field from a reputable university.
• 0 to 2 years of full-time work experience (as of 31 October 2026).
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, build relationships and contribute positively to the team.
• A strong drive and sense of ownership, with the motivation to take responsibility, follow through on commitments and strive for excellence.
• Sharp analytical thinking and sound judgment, with agility to tackle problems and develop practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Complete four 6-month rotations within Sea Finance to gain hands-on experience.
• Work across Sea's businesses (Garena, Shopee, Monee) to integrate finance with technology.
• Interact with seasoned finance professionals, taking ownership of growth and projects.
• Develop technical skills and business acumen through hands-on application.
