Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a senior finance leader to oversee the full spectrum of finance and accounting operations in Singapore. You will ensure accurate reporting, manage month-end closings, and lead a team to drive efficiency.

The role requires 8+ years in finance with at least 3 years in a leadership position, strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, treasury, and internal controls, and familiarity with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365

Qualifications

Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the full spectrum of finance and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
Manage month-end and year-end financial closing, including preparation of financial statements and management reports.
Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, general ledger, and full set of accounts.
Prepare budgets, forecasts, cash flow projections, and financial analyses to support business decision-making.
Develop, review, and strengthen internal controls, financial policies, and operational procedures.
Manage treasury functions, including cash flow planning, banking relationships, foreign exchange exposure, and trade financing activities.
Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, GST, and regulatory requirements.
Liaise with external stakeholders including auditors, tax advisors, bankers, corporate secretaries, and regulatory authorities.
Lead and mentor the finance team while driving process improvements and operational efficiency.
Support regional finance activities and consolidation reporting where required.
