Job summary

FRONTIER RESOURCES PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Head of Finance to oversee the full accounting cycle, treasury activities and regulatory reporting.

You will manage month-end close, prepare financial statements, coordinate with auditors and tax agents, and drive accounting policy and ERP improvements. The role requires a strong track record in managing end-to-end financials, multi-currency treasury, and regulatory compliance within a lean finance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related discipline from a recognized university.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, CA, ACCA or equivalent is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full set of accounts including AP, AR, fixed assets, GL, reconciliations and journal review.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing within the closing calendar; ensure accuracy of transactions.
• Prepare complete financial statements in line with IFRS or applicable standards.
• Coordinate with auditors for timely audit closure and liaise with tax agents for tax filings.
• Develop accounting policies, ERP system controls and drive process improvements across finance.

Education
