Job summary

ERM-Hong Kong, Limited is seeking a seasoned Financial Manager for Singapore to oversee financial control, ensure statutory compliance, and safeguard financial integrity across Singapore entities. You will work with SEA Finance, GDC, Tax and Treasury teams to drive high-quality reporting and transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Professional accounting qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent).
• Minimum 15 years' finance experience, including experience in a finance controller or finance manager role within a multinational organisation.
• Strong knowledge of Local GAAP, statutory reporting, taxation and regulatory compliance requirements in Singapore.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Lead the financial close process and ensure timely, accurate monthly, quarterly and year-end reporting in line with Group policies.
• Maintain P&L, balance sheet and financial records within a robust control environment.
• Oversee Local GAAP accounting, statutory financial statements and regulatory compliance.
• Provide technical accounting leadership and oversight of accounting judgements and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Monitor balance sheet risks and report to BU and regional finance leadership.
• Lead statutory audits and liaise with auditors, tax authorities and regulators.
