Job summary

RecruitPedia Pte Ltd is assisting a Singapore-based construction group to find a Finance Manager to strengthen the finance team and support expansion across Singapore, Malaysia and Myanmar. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and financial reporting, ensure regulatory compliance, liaise with auditors and tax agents, and provide strategic insights to the Board.

The role requires 10+ years in construction finance, CA preferred, and hands-on leadership in a multi-country

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of accounting/finance experience in the construction industry.
CA qualification preferred; strong knowledge of construction accounting principles.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, tax filings and statutory reporting.
Experience liaising with auditors and corporate secretaries a plus.

Responsibilities

Oversee financial operations for SG, Malaysia and Myanmar entities, including budgeting and forecasting.
Lead month-end/year-end closing and ensure timely financial reporting.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents and corporate secretaries on statutory filings.
Prepare quarterly reports to Head Office and provide financial insights to the Board.
Manage treasury, cash flow and project costing; establish internal controls.
