Qualifications

• Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, IS, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years in PM for financial system implementations; 3 full cycles (ERP, billing, payment).
• PM skills demonstrated with PM tools.
• Proven track record delivering ERP projects (Workday Finance, SAP, Oracle).

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans with objectives, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to align expectations.
• Lead end-to-end phases from planning to deployment of financial systems.
• Maintain integrity and performance of ERP systems (Workday, SAP, Oracle) in financials, procurement, and budgeting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Translate complex business requirements into actionable system specifications and solutions.
• Ensure designs comply with GDPR, HIPAA, and PDPA.
