Job summary

JOBSTER PRIVATE LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Finance ERP specialist to lead end-to-end finance process analysis and ERP configuration. You will design future-state processes, standardise practices, and guide stakeholders through requirements workshops.

The role requires deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion Finance or SAP S/4HANA Cloud, GAAP/IFRS familiarity, and strong leadership to govern vendor delivery and drive continuous improvement within government-related finance operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
Show ownership skills and ability to drive moderately to advanced scopes.
Deep expertise in Agile practices and major ERP platforms (Oracle/SAP) with GAAP/IFRS knowledge.
Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Fusion Finance, data migration, and troubleshooting; ERP certifications are a plus.
Experience in platform mastery with architectural thinking and engineering excellence.
Ability to lead and govern vendor delivery with technical authority.
Experience overseeing enterprise platforms and system integration in complex environments.
Experience in financial industries (banking/insurance) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive business process analysis of finance workflows and propose ERP-based solutions.
Analyse current and future-state processes to simplify using ERP capabilities and clean-core.
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions, resolving conflicting requirements.
Configure and customize Finance ERP components including COA, cost centres, and rules.
Develop financial reports and use AI for advanced analytics; train users on new features.
Leverage platform capabilities, including data models, workflows, and integration connectors.
Maintain accountability for platform delivery and conduct technical reviews.
Analyze defects and production issues across processes and data; drive improvements.
Act as in-house Finance ERP functional specialist; review vendor designs and configurations.
Contribute to building an in-house ERP capability and Centers of Excellence.
