Job summary

TAKAGI RAMEN PTE. LTD. is seeking a Finance Executive to manage day‑to‑day accounting, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support budgeting and forecasting. The role involves AP, AR, bank reconciliations, and monthly/ yearly P&L analysis to aid management decisions.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in accounting, attention to detail, and strong numerical skills. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with opportunities to contribute to financial planning and compliance.

Qualifications

Preferred candidates with certificate or diploma in accounting or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years in accounting, preferably in F&B.
Strong time management and numerical accuracy.
Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

Manage Accounts Payable: post invoices, reconcile payables, generate payment vouchers.
Assist Accounts Receivable: post and reconcile receivables for online and dine-in sales.
Assist in bank reconciliation, cash flow, accruals and prepayments.
Prepare monthly and yearly management P&L reports and slides.
Support Finance Manager with performance analysis and cost management.
Take and maintain minutes for management meetings.
Assist with bank credit facilities applications.
Liaise with external auditors and statutory reports.
Engage with suppliers, tax authorities, bankers and service providers.
