Job summary

TAKAGI FOOD PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Finance Executive to oversee financial operations, manage reporting, and support strategic decisions.

You will handle AP/AR, bank reconciliations, monthly and yearly P&L reviews, and cost management initiatives while ensuring compliance and internal controls. You will collaborate with other departments to optimise financial efficiency, prepare management slides, liaise with auditors and external stakeholders, and contribute to the company’s

Qualifications

Certificate or Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years in an accounting department, preferably in F&B.
Strong time management and numerical acumen.
Able to work independently and in a team to meet deadlines.
Team player with good communication skills.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

Handle all Accounts Payable activities with accurate supplier invoicing and payments.
Assist Accounts Receivable, posting and reconciling online and dine-in revenues.
Assist in bank reconciliation, cash flow, accruals and prepayments.
Prepare monthly and yearly management P&L reports and slides.
Support Finance Manager in performance analysis and cost control.
Draft and maintain minutes for management meetings.
Assist with bank facilities applications (trade facilities, overdrafts, loans).
Liaise with external auditors for year-end audits and statutory reports.
Engage with suppliers, tax authorities, bankers and outsourced service providers.
