Job summary

The Russell Collective Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Finance Leader to manage end-to-end financial operations for car park sites in Singapore.

You will oversee accounting, reporting, budgeting and forecasting, while developing the finance team and ensuring robust controls across all sites. You will also drive profitability analysis, prepare management reports with actionable insights, and partner with senior leadership on strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Senior finance leadership experience in a multi-site operation.
• Strong track record in audits and regulatory filings.
• Proven ability to manage cash, reconciliations and controls end-to-end.
• Experience with budgeting, rolling forecasts, and scenario planning.
• Ability to provide actionable insights to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end finance for car park operations including accounting, reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Mentor finance team and optimize performance management and reporting quality.
• Own month-end close with robust controls to reduce cycle times and errors.
• Monitor site-level profitability and revenue trends across locations and manage cost drivers.
• Deliver monthly management reports with variance commentary and recommendations.
• Lead annual budget and rolling forecast cycles with driver-based analysis.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and manage external audits for compliance.
• Support growth with financial modeling, tender pricing and contract evaluation.
• Drive cost-control and process improvements; participate in digital enablement initiatives.
