Trust Recruit Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Senior Accounts Executive to manage the full set of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, and month-end closing. You will prepare financial reports, ensure tax compliance, and liaise with auditors and tax agents.

The role requires a degree in Finance/Accounting or ACCA (or equivalent) and at least 5 years of relevant experience; independent, motivated and able to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Handle the full set of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and month-end closing
• Prepare monthly management accounts, financial statements, cash flow reports, budgets and other financial reports for the Director's review
• Prepare and submit GST returns and ensure compliance with IRAS requirements
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, banks and other relevant parties on accounting, audit and tax matters
• Coordinate and prepare schedules, supporting documents and reconciliations for annual statutory audits
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing, financial reporting and statutory submissions
• Monitor cash flow, accounts receivable, accounts payable and outstanding balances
• Review accounting transactions, bank reconciliations and general ledger entries to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Assist in budgeting, financial planning and variance analysis
• Maintain proper accounting records, documentation and internal controls

About the role

Senior Accounts Executive responsible for handling the full set of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and month-end closing. This role involves preparing financial reports, managing compliance with tax requirements, liaising with external parties, and ensuring accurate financial reporting and statutory submissions.

Key responsibilities

• Handle the full set of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and month-end closing
• Prepare monthly management accounts, financial statements, cash flow reports, budgets and other financial reports for the Director's review
• Prepare and submit Goods and Services Tax (GST) returns and ensure compliance with IRAS requirements

About you

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
