Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking a capable finance professional in Singapore to handle full-set accounting, budgeting and management reporting. The role focuses on revenue and expense analysis, month-end and year-end closures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

The candidate will prepare journal entries, support audit processes, and contribute to budgeting consolidation and management reporting. Proficiency with Navision/MS Dynamics and Excel is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in full set of accounts and budgeting.
• Proficient in variance analysis and reporting.
• Prior experience in management reporting and revenue/expense analysis preferred.
• Familiar with Navision / Microsoft Dynamics or similar accounting system.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle finance reporting and analysis duties, including revenue and expense variance analysis.
• Prepare monthly management reports, analytical reports and supporting schedules for management review.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare month-end workings, accounting entries and revenue-related journal entries.
• Prepare and post monthly journal entries into the accounting system.
• Assist in student recruitment commission calculations for local recruitment staff and in-country representatives.
• Prepare audit schedules and provide relevant financial data for reporting and audit purposes.
• Support the annual budgeting process, including preparation of budget templates and consolidation of budget information.
• Prepare budget upload files for the accounting system and management reporting.
• Maintain and update documents required for regulatory and compliance purposes.
• Support audit queries and audit-related activities.
• Prepare audit financial reports, annual returns, XBRL submissions and tax returns.
• Perform other finance and accounting duties as assigned.
