Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Finance Executive (Grants) to support research activities through financial administration, budgeting, and grant management at One North.

You will collaborate with researchers and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting and compliance. Responsibilities include budget management, grant tracking, fund requisitions, and audit support, with SAP postings and Excel proficiency.

Qualifications

• Min. Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in finance operations/research administration/grant management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong attention to detail.
• Experience in SAP is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare manpower budgets and allocate costs to projects.
• Track grant utilisation and report variances or reclassifications.
• Prepare fund requisitions and final statements of accounts.
• Support audit activities and respond to auditors’ queries.
• Coordinate SAP postings to ensure staff costs are charged correctly.
