Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is partnering with a well established company in Singapore to recruit an Accounts Payable/Receivable professional.

The role offers a basic salary up to SGD 3,500 plus variable bonus and excellent welfare with career progression. Location is at Kaki Bukit with hours Monday to Friday (9am–6pm). You will issue POs, process payments, manage AR, GST filings, and monthly closing including journal entries and reconciliations.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Issue POs to suppliers within required timelines and process payments.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Issue invoices for projects and maintenance jobs promptly.
• Monitor AR aging and follow up on overdue payments.
• Maintain AR aging schedule and coordinate with internal teams on billing progress.
• Maintain stock records and conduct quarterly stock takes.
• Monitor shipments and ensure GST declaration and related documentation.
• Prepare monthly closure activities and journal postings.
• Assist in GST submissions and periodic financial reporting.
