Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an Accounts Payable/Receivable professional in Singapore.

The role covers PO issuance, payments, AR invoicing, stock management, GST declarations, and monthly/quarterly closing tasks. Work location is Kaki Bukit, with a Monday to Friday schedule from 9am to 6pm. Applicants should hold a Diploma in Accounting or equivalent and have at least 2 years of relevant accounting experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting, or its equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Process AP/AR transactions, issue and reconcile invoices and payments.
• Maintain GST records and perform quarterly GST submissions.
• Perform monthly GL closing, journal postings and account reconciliations.
• Support annual audit processes and prepare schedules as required.
• Manage stock records, cost sheets and related financial reporting.
