Job summary

Paradise Group Holdings Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Finance Executive to join its growing finance team. You will manage general ledger data, prepare schedules, and support monthly financial reporting across multiple entities.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Accounting & Finance, has at least 3 years' full-set accounting experience, and can work accurately in a fast-paced environment. Experience with POS or Microsoft NAV is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting & Finance or equivalent.
• At least 3 years full set accounting experience.
• Strong accounting knowledge.
• Ability to work in fast paced and dynamic environment.
• Prior working experience in F&B, POS, Microsoft NAV is a plus.
• Cheerful personality and team player.

Responsibilities

• Update accounting data ensure information are accurate and available whenever needed.
• Prepare financial schedules (General ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets, etc), handle bank reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly profit & loss reports for entities, performance analysis and variance investigation and reporting.
• Assist in quarterly GST preparation and submission, handle annual audit & tax enquiries from auditor and tax agent.
• Assist with other accounting projects.
