Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting & Finance or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in finance and audit.
• Experience with Xero accounting software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing company accounts, all financial activities and operations to improve financial performance.
• Preparing Management Accounts and Reporting Pack for the entities.
• Preparing monthly financial statements and making recommendations to improve performance.
• Review and approve journals.
• Perform variance analysis and propose corrective actions.
• Perform proper credit control and monitor collections.
• Monitor cashflow and prepare cashflow forecast.
• Ensure internal controls are in place and periodically review them.
• Coordinate year-end audit and tax computations within deadlines.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors, tax agents and bankers.
• Maintain office services by organizing operations and processes.
• Procure and maintain office supplies and inventory.
