Job summary

MUSTARD SEED INVESTMENT HOLDINGS PTE LTD is seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional to join our finance team in Singapore. You will manage full sets of accounts, prepare schedules, reconcile accounts, and assist in timely month-end closings to provide clear financial reporting to management.

The role involves supporting statutory audits, corporate tax and GST, coordinating with external auditors, tax agents, and government authorities.

Qualifications

• Possess LCCI / Diploma / Degree in Accountancy or related discipline.
• Experience in property management accounting / MCST accounts; Familiar with GST filing and IRAS.
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience.
• Hands-on knowledge with MYOB is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle full sets of accounts
• Prepare accounting schedules, reconciliation of accounts, management & cash flow reports
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing financial reporting to management
• Assist the Finance Manager in all related areas such as statutory audit, corporate tax and GST
• Coordinate and liaise with parties such as external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities where required
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned and required by the company
