Job summary

ABS BUS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an experienced accountant to manage the full set of accounts, monitor daily cash flow, and prepare monthly financial reports. The role supports year-end closing and requires meticulous financial records and reporting.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of accounting experience, a Diploma in Accountancy or a related degree, and strong Excel skills. This is a 5-day work week with company transport from Bishan/Jurong East MRT.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience.
• Diploma in Accountancy or Bachelor Degree of related field.
• Familiar with full set of accounts and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts.
• Handle daily cash flow - monitor, analyse, and optimise cash movement.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Perform bank reconciliation and accounts reconciliation.
• Prepare GST submission and related tax schedules.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and clients when required.
• Ensure accounting records are properly maintained and updated.
• Assist in year-end closing and financial reporting matters.
• Any other ad-hoc accounting duties assigned by management.
