Job summary

Qualifications

• High proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
• Working knowledge of Finance/accounting systems, NMTS and MEDICLAIM.
• Understanding of resident billing cycles and government subvention schemes.
• Strong attention to detail and discretion with sensitive data.

Responsibilities

• Own resident billing cycle from admission to collections.
• Prepare and dispatch resident invoices by the 15th monthly, with SOA.
• Process NMTS/RAF updates and communicate changes to NOK.
• Manage DDA/GIRO submissions and advance fees.
• Maintain resident accounts and aging reports; reconcile payments.
• Coordinate GovCash payouts with CPF and stop notices as needed.
• Submit Medisave claims within 2 weeks and provide financial counselling.
• Generate monthly receipts list and coordinate Hydropool billing handoff.
• Meet quarterly MOH/Accounts/Subvention submissions.
