Job summary

St Luke's ElderCare Ltd in Singapore seeks a Senior Manager, AR & Billing to oversee billing operations across our network of nursing homes, centres and community services, and to lead receivables, subsidies submissions, and revenue cycle management.

You will drive process improvement, automation, and system enhancements, including ERP and billing system initiatives, while building and mentoring a high-performance billing team to deliver accurate, timely revenue recognition.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Accountancy, Finance or equivalent.
8–10 years relevant experience in billing, receivables or revenue cycle.
Experience with subsidy management systems and healthcare funding frameworks.
Experience in ERP/billing system implementation or process transformation.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience with workflow automation or RPA initiatives advantageous.
Experience leading billing, receivables or revenue cycle teams.

Responsibilities

Oversee billing operations across nursing homes, centres and community services.
Oversee collections and debtor management.
Oversee ILTC subsidy submissions and ensure compliance.
Maintain controls over billing master data and fee governance.
Drive automation and process improvements across billing and receivables.
Lead and develop billing and receivables teams.
