Job summary

Havas Singapore is seeking a highly motivated Finance Executive to join our team and manage the day-to-day finance operations across our business units, including accounts receivable/payable, intercompany transactions, bank reconciliations, and month-end close.

You will ensure compliance with financial policies, prepare monthly reports, support audits, and work with a collaborative finance team to deliver timely and accurate financial information in a dynamic agency environment in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the service/professional industry.
• Diploma in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous and responsible team player who can meet tight deadlines.
• Problem-solving, analytical and time management skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Receivable function including billing to clients.
• Vendor invoices validated and recorded timely in the system.
• Monitor project status, WIP and identify projects to bill.
• Perform journal entries for month-end closing and financial reporting.
• Intercompany billings, reconciliation and reporting.
