Job summary

DELTEQ PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Finance Executive to support the finance function across multiple entities, ensuring accurate preparation of management accounts, payments, reconciliations, and statutory reporting. The role requires strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics NAV.

You will handle AP/AR, month-end close, GST submissions, and bank reconciliations while liaising with auditors and bankers. Immediate joining is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a multi-entity or group accounting environment.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare full set monthly management accounts and supporting schedules for multiple entities
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities across all entities
• Prepare quarterly GST reporting and submissions
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), invoicing, and bank payment uploads
• Process staff claims and ensure proper documentation and compliance
• Prepare monthly sales reports and daily cash position reports
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations for multiple entities
• Update weekly foreign exchange rates for reporting purposes
• Conduct Statement of Account (SOA) checks and respond to enquiries
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretary, and bankers
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, processes, and financial controls
• Perform ad-hoc finance and administrative duties as assigned

DELTEQ, a 30+ year establishment in ICT business, seeks an Finance Executive to supportthe finance function across multiple entities, ensuring accurate and timelypreparation of management accounts, payments, reconciliations, and statutoryreporting. The role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency inMicrosoft Dynamics (NAV), and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment. The Finance Executive will reportdirectly to the Finance Manager.
