Job summary

Income-Insurance-Limited is seeking an entry-level Finance Processor to handle payment processing for policies, claims, and other operational payments, ensure accuracy, and support reconciliation activities in a busy finance team in Singapore.

You will maintain records in finance systems and spreadsheets, prepare Excel-based reports and trackers, assist data cleansing and validation, and contribute to ad hoc projects.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel including formulas and pivot tables.
• Meticulous with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to handle large volumes of transactions and repetitive tasks.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Process insurance-related payments in accordance with procedures and service standards.
• Perform reconciliation of payment records and operational reports.
• Investigate discrepancies identified during reconciliation.
• Update payment and reconciliation records in finance systems and spreadsheets.
• Prepare Excel-based reports and management information.
• Ensure supporting documents are maintained for audit.
• Assist in data cleansing, validation, and administrative tasks.
• Support ad hoc finance tasks and projects as assigned.
