Job summary

Adecco Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned finance leader to oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and monthly close, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

The role partners with stakeholders to drive financial strategy, enforce controls, and lead a high-performing finance team through transformation and process improvements.

Candidates will hold a degree in accounting or finance, with CA/CPA preferred, and at least 15 years of finance experience including 5 in leadership.

Main duties & responsibilities

• Oversee finance operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, financial reporting, and month‑end closing activities.
• Manage fund budgets, ensuring effective planning, utilisation, monitoring, and compliance with funding and budget requirements.
• Prepare management reports, financial analyses, and forecasts to support operational and business decision‑making.
• Monitor cash budgets and liquidity requirements to ensure adequate funding and effective resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, governance policies, regulatory requirements, and statutory reporting obligations.
• Partner with stakeholders to provide financial guidance, drive process improvements, and lead the finance team in delivering accurate and timely financial activities.

The Talent Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline; CA, CPA, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of finance experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in budgeting, financial reporting, cash flow management, and finance operations.
• Strong understanding of financial controls, compliance, and governance requirements.
• Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders, assess financial risks, and provide strategic recommendations.
