Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy or recognized professional qualification.
• 5–7 years of accounting and finance experience.
• Experience with full sets of accounts, budgeting, and audits.
• Experience leading or supervising a finance team.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in charity/non-profit or church sector is advantageous.

About the Role

Responsibilities:

• Lead the finance team and oversee daily accounting operations.
• Review monthly management accounts, financial statements, and reports.
• Manage annual budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
• Coordinate annual audits and liaise with external auditors.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Present financial reports to senior management and the Finance Board.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and regulators.

Requirements:

• Required to attend 2 X AGM, Friday and Sat Night, once very 2 months.
