Job summary

DBS Bank Ltd is seeking a seasoned technology leader to oversee the digital transformation of finance business processes, from current-state assessments to the development and adoption of AI-powered automation.

You will analyze processes, define requirements for engineering, and work closely with finance stakeholders to ensure solutions are accurate, scalable, and aligned with the bank’s strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical specs for engineering teams.
• Familiarity with BPMN and data lineage tools (OpenMetadata preferred) is a plus.
