Job summary

DBS Bank Ltd. is seeking a Deputy COO, Office of the COO, to lead Group Finance strategy, governance and RRP readiness.

You will coordinate with Finance leadership, risk, compliance and regulators to ensure strong operating controls and reporting, while driving the finance transformation agenda. The role requires extensive banking experience, people leadership and a track record of delivering complex programs in a matrix environment, with hands-on involvement in strategy, policy, and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Strong academic background in finance or business disciplines.
• Graduated with Finance/Business/Banking degree and strong honours preferred.
• Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA or CFA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Finance leadership agenda and coordinate with CFO/COO on priorities and governance.
• Oversee Finance controls framework including risk and control self-assessments and regulatory reporting controls.
• Coordinate Recovery and Resolution Planning (RRP) activities and liaise with MAS and regulators.
