HSBC is seeking an Associate Director, CIB Banking COO to drive origination and business development across International Markets and Global Network Banking in Scale Markets. The role covers multiple Asia-Pacific corridors and requires governance, stakeholder engagement, and cost-management leadership.

You will support leadership with KPI governance, event coordination, and collaboration with HR to shape the EVP while fostering a culture of continuous improvement aligned with HSBC values.

Formación

• Proven ability to work collaboratively with peers and senior stakeholders with sound understanding of HSBC Group structures, values, behaviours, processes, and objectives.
• Proactive and Eager to Learn: A self-starter with a growth mindset, eager to take ownership of tasks and learn from senior colleagues
• Strong prioritisation and control skills, with ability to review and acknowledge when and how to reprioritise, mitigate, or escape. Practical experience in managing few complex projects simultaneously
• Proven ability to work in a fast paced, ambiguous environment, whilst setting and managing realistic expectations and staying true to the values and strategy of the Group.
• Strong financial/accounting acumen and experience working across cultures; Exceptional PowerPoint & excel skills
• Strong stakeholder management, and negotiation ability. Strong interpersonal, communication, and business acumen to directly engage and negotiate consensus directly with business, product, and Global Function

Responsabilidades

• Understand HSBC structures, processes and objectives across the Group and CIB/Infrastructure partners.
• Manage governance requirements including briefing documents and timely actions.
• Organise governance meetings and stakeholder engagements, including town halls and leadership events.
• Oversee KPIs/KRIs and ensure timely delivery of scorecards across customer journeys.
• Assist with large-scale client events and logistics in collaboration with Country Heads and Marketing.
• Work with HR to develop and execute Employee Value Proposition and cost-management initiatives.
• Promote continuous improvement and forward-thinking culture aligned with Group values.
