Job summary

MINIMAX FIRE SOLUTIONS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a finance controller to oversee accounting operations. The role reports to the Finance Manager and covers billing, A/R, A/P, GL, cost accounting, and revenue recognition, with responsibility for budgeting, forecasts, and monthly financial statements.

Responsibilities include regulatory reporting, month-end close, tax filings, internal control improvements, and HR/payroll support, plus other controller duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Finance Manager
• Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting and PoC Revenue Recognition
• Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances
• Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements
• Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting
• Manage month-end and year-end close process
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
• Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controlling.

• Additional controller duties as necessary
