Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced finance professional to lead controllership and shared service activities across Invoice to Cash and Buy to Pay. You will partner with business and remote finance teams to ensure timely, compliant performance.

The role covers statutory audits, tax filings, policy application, month-end close, cash flow forecasting, treasury coordination, and SAP project support.

Responsibilities

• Lead collaboration with Business and remote Finance teams to drive high service performance for Invoice to Cash and Buy to Pay functions ensuring controllership, cashflow and operational needs are met in a timely and compliant manner.
• Focal person for Annual Statutory Audit, Tax & GST filings, coordinating with global accounting resources to ensure all statutory timelines are met on time and compliantly.
• Support general accounting and the application of accounting policies for areas such as revenue recognition, leases, receivables/payables, intercompany, etc., ensuring compliance with IFRS and US GAAP.
• Support closing activities, proactively identifying, escalating and resolving issues with the relevant support functions in a timely manner.
• Lead cash flow forecasting and reporting process for key balance sheet accounts, delivering on cash flow metrics and providing insights to support decision making.
• Manage Bank and Treasury matters with the Centralized Treasury team, including cashflow forecasting needs for the business.
• Actively engage with the business Finance team, offsite extended Finance support, cross-functional stakeholders and IT/Digital/SAP team to support change management and adoption of SAP processes.
• Support and ensure accurate accounting and compliance to government grant accounting.
• Drive controllership synergy and lead process improvement initiatives using Lean/FLIGHT DECK principles to enhance accuracy, reduce workload and lead time.
