Job summary

Sephora Asia Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an Assistant Manager, Financial Control on a 1-year contract. You will own day-to-day accounting, ensure accurate reporting, and maintain robust internal controls to support compliance.

You will work with Shared Services, auditors and regional finance to lead month-end close, prepare statutory financial statements, and drive improvement while upholding Sephora governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional qualification such as CA/CPA/ACCA advantageous.
• At least 5 years in accounting, financial reporting and financial control.
• Experience with month-end and year-end closing and financial statements.
• Knowledge of Singapore statutory reporting and tax.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day accounting and financial controls for Sephora Singapore.
• Lead month-end and year-end closing with SSC and stakeholders.
• Coordinate group financial reports, statutory statements, and schedules.
• Review accounting treatments for key transactions and intercompany items.
• Support audits, internal controls, and tax compliance.
