Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Fresh diploma graduates are welcome to apply.

• Knowledge of SAP and/or automation tools (e.g. UiPath) will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Process daily cash collections and PayNow receipts.
• Support cash flow monitoring and reporting.
• Follow up on outstanding receivables and assist with billing adjustments.
• Process invoices, reimbursements, and research grant claims.
• Maintain research grant Statements of Account (SOA).
• Prepare journal entries and maintain supporting documentation.
• Support internal and external audit requirements.
• Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives.
• Perform ad hoc duties and projects as assigned.
