Responsibilities

• Billing & Bookkeeping: Issue tax invoices, credit notes, and debit notes for clients and vendors.
• Prepare vouchers and manage petty cash; monitor office stationery cost allocations.
• Banking & Compliance: Process vendor checks and remittance applications; Giro and L/C handling.
• Submit financial data queries to the Department of Statistics and perform ad-hoc duties.
