Job summary

NATIONAL SKIN CENTRE (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is inviting fresh diploma graduates to join our finance team as an accounting support role in Singapore. You will perform reconciliations, process cash receipts, assist with billing, and support audit readiness.

Proficiency in Excel and MS Office is required; knowledge of SAP or UiPath is advantageous. You will work with a collaborative team, gain exposure to research grant accounting, and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Diploma required or equivalent in accountancy/finance/business administration.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of SAP and UiPath is an advantage.
• Meticulous, analytical and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Process daily cash collections and PayNow receipts.
• Support cash flow monitoring and reporting.
• Assist with billing adjustments and follow up on outstanding receivables.
• Handle invoices, reimbursements, and grant claims processing.
• Maintain Statements of Account (SOA) for research grants.
• Prepare journal entries and supporting documentation.
• Support audit requirements (internal and external).
• Participate in process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Perform ad hoc duties and projects as assigned.
