Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an Accounts Assistant with Accounts Payable responsibilities for a 3–6 month contract in Singapore. You will assist with month-end closing, bank reconciliations, and cash flow reporting.

Requirements include hands-on AP experience and familiarity with SAP. The position runs Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm, with no company transport provided.

• Handle supplier payment processing and reconciliations.
• Set up and register new vendors in SAP.
• Assist with AP month-end closing and cash flow reporting.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices accurately and promptly into the accounting system.
• Handle supplier payment processing.
• Process monthly corporate credit card expenses and employee claims.
• Set up and register new vendors in SAP.
• Liaise with suppliers regarding outstanding accounts and payment enquiries.
• Perform supplier statement reconciliations.
• Prepare journal vouchers and support timely AP month-end closing.
• Handle petty cash monitoring and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare weekly cash flow reports.
• Support Finance process improvement initiatives.
• Assist with other accounting and administrative duties as required.
