Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd. is seeking an accounting professional based in Singapore for a 6-month contract convertible to permanent. The role covers full-set accounting, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting support.

Ideal candidates will have a Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Finance, with at least 1 year of experience in AP/AR/GL and GST compliance. Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with SAP/Oracle NetSuite/Microsoft Dynamics 365/Sage 300 are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Min. 1 year of experience in handling full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL, Journal Entries, Monthly/Annual Reports, GST & Corporate Tax)
• Basic knowledge of SFRS and IRAS requirements.
• Proficient in Excel and familiarity with accounting software (SAP / Oracle NetSuite / Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Sage 300).
• Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Process daily accounting transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.
• Support GST and corporate tax filing activities in compliance with IRAS requirements.
• Coordinate with external auditors and prepare supporting documentation for audits.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Finance team as required.
• Assist with ad hoc finance projects and process improvement initiatives.
