Job summary

ACCA Careers in Singapore seeks a Finance Executive for a 6-month contract to manage full sets of accounts and support finance operations. You will handle payments, GST, month-end closings, and assist audits within a collaborative team.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy are essential. The role requires SAP B1 experience and advanced Excel skills, with a propensity for teamwork and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting or related field is required.
• At least five years of relevant experience in finance operations.
• Proficiency in SAP B1 for managing financial data.
• Advanced MS Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage full sets of accounts including AR, AP, GL and bank reconciliations.
• Process payments and monitor payment schedules.
• Perform three-way matching of POs, DOs, and supplier invoices.
• Update project cost sheets and WIP reports regularly.
• Prepare month-end closings and comprehensive financial reports.
• Compile quarterly GST returns with attention to regulatory details.
• Assist with audit schedules and documentation for audits.
• Support HR and administrative tasks as needed.
• Maintain orderly filing systems and accounting documentation.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, and government authorities.
