Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an accounts professional for a 6 months contract located at Tanjong Pagar. Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm, salary up to SGD 3,500.

You will handle full sets of accounts, prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports, perform reconciliations, process invoices and receipts, and ensure internal controls are followed. Prior full sets accounting experience is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Degree with prior full sets accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle full sets of accounts and perform day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping functions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and management reports.
• Perform bank reconciliations, balance sheet schedules, and other account reconciliations.
• Verify and process billings, receipts, and collections.
• Verify and process invoices and payments, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
• Maintain proper accounting records and ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
• Perform any other duties assigned
