Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a Finance Assistant in Singapore for a 6-month contract. The role requires handling full sets of accounts and supporting day-to-day accounting activities within a corporate finance team.

The position offers a monthly salary up to SGD 3,500 and immediate start, with possible extension based on business needs. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm, at the Tanjong Pagar location.

Qualifications

• Hands-on accounting experience in a full-set of accounts.
• Experience supporting finance and accounting processes in a corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle full sets of accounts and day-to-day accounting / bookkeeping activities
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial & management reports
• Perform bank reconciliations, balance sheet schedules and account reconciliations
• Verify and process billings, receipts and collections
• Verify and process invoices and payments, ensuring proper documentation and approvals
• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies
• Support other finance and accounting activities as required
