Job summary

Recruit Express PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an accounting professional for a 6 months contract. The role covers full sets of accounts, day-to-day bookkeeping, and preparation of financial reports in a 9am-6pm, Monday to Friday schedule.

The ideal candidate will handle bank reconciliations, balance sheet schedules, and the processing of invoices, payments, and collections with strict internal controls. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.

Qualifications

• Experience performing day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping.
• Ability to prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and management reports.
• Proficient in bank reconciliations and balance sheet schedules.
• Knowledge of billing, receipts, collections, invoices and payments processes.
• Maintain proper accounting records and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Handle full sets of accounts and day-to-day bookkeeping.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and management reports.
• Perform bank reconciliations and balance sheet schedules.
• Verify and process billings, receipts, and collections.
• Verify and process invoices and payments, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
• Maintain proper accounting records and internal controls.
• Perform any other duties assigned
