Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an accounting/finance professional to oversee daily finance operations and ensure compliance with company policies.

You will manage the full AR and AP cycles, prepare vouchers and invoices, and support month-end closing with accuracy. Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance with 1–3 years of experience and knowledge of full set accounting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in accounting/finance is required.
• 1–3 years of accounting or finance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of full set accounting is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily finance and accounting operations in line with policies.
• Manage AR cycle including invoicing, collections and follow-ups.
• Handle AP functions: processing of supplier invoices and payments.
• Prepare payment vouchers, invoices and related documents.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations to maintain records.
• Maintain organized accounting records and filing.
• Record/update financial transactions in the ERP/accounting system.
• Support month-end closing and assist in financial reporting.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor expenditures and support cost-control initiatives.
• Provide admin support and perform ad-hoc finance duties as needed.
