The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an accounting/finance professional to oversee daily operations, manage AR and AP cycles, and ensure accuracy across financial records. The role includes bank reconciliations, month-end close support, and preparing financial documentation.

Applicants should hold a Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance, with 1–3 years of accounting experience; full-set accounting knowledge is a plus. On-site role near Yio Chu Kang MRT with standard weekdays.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 1-3 years of accounting/finance experience.
• Knowledge of full set accounting is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily finance and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Manage the full Accounts Receivable (AR) cycle, including invoicing, collections, and customer payment follow-ups.
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices and payments.
• Prepare payment vouchers, invoices, and other financial documentation.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
• Maintain organized accounting records and ensure proper documentation and filing.
• Record and update financial transactions accurately within the ERP or accounting system.
• Support month-end closing activities and assist in the preparation of financial reports.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders on finance-related matters.
• Monitor expenditures and support cost-control and cost-saving initiatives.
• Provide administrative support and perform other ad-hoc finance and administrative duties as assigned by management.
