Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a skilled finance professional to support accounting and asset management functions. You will be deployed to Pasir Ris, working standard office hours on a 6-month contract.

Responsibilities include asset tagging, inventory reporting, control testing, and assisting auditors, with Accounts Payable and month-end closing support.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Accounting/Finance or ACCA equivalent.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience.

• Assist with business control assessments and control testing.
• Coordinate with external auditors on control evaluations and audits.

• Assist with bookkeeping and month-end closing activities.

We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount and you will be deployed to:

Location: Pasir Ris

Salary: $3500 - $400

Duration: 6 Months

Working Days & Hours: Mon - Fri, office hours (8.30am - 6pm)

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with fixed asset physical counts, tagging and reconciliation.
• Assist with inventory reporting, including inventory reconciliation, stock counts and inventory adjustments.
• Assist with business control assessments and control testing.
• Work with external auditors on control evaluations and statutory audits.
• Assist with preparation of Capital Asset Acquisition Requests.
• Support the Finance team with Accounts Payable-related tasks.
• Assist with bookkeeping and month-end closing activities.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma, Degree, ACCA or equivalent qualification in Accounting/Finance.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience .
